Management is the planning, organization and control of the daily production activities of the circuit board factory. It is the general term for various management tasks related to product production and an important part of the management of the circuit board factory.

1. Production management process organization
(1) The composition of the production process, including the production technology preparation process, the basic production process, the auxiliary production process, and the production service process.
(2) Production process organization The production process requires that the production process be continuous, parallel (parallel operation of each stage and process), coordinated, and rhythmic (balanced) during the organization to ensure economic efficiency. 3. Workshop production control Workshop production control is the supervision, inspection, adjustment, and correction of the execution of the operation plan during the production process of the workshop. The main tasks of workshop production control include production scheduling, job accounting and job analysis.
(1) Production scheduling Production scheduling is the work of inspecting, supervising and assisting the production input and production schedule of each link in production according to the requirements of the workshop operation plan. Doing a good job of scheduling is the key to completing the job shop plan. There must be a sound system for scheduling work, including a duty system, a reporting system, a meeting system, and an on-site scheduling system.

(3) Job analysis Job analysis is the work after the requirements, records, and accounting of production control, summarizes and analyzes the completion of indicators, and conducts information feedback to make it the basis for production activities and scheduling.

4. Application of group technology Group technology is also called group technology (GT), which is a method based on the rational organization of production technology preparation and product production process based on the principle of similarity. Group technology refers to all the parts in the workshop, according to the geometric shape (shaft, disk, box, gear, etc.), size, processing method (turning, milling, planing, grinding, pliers, etc.), precision requirements (ordinary, precise, high Classification systems such as precision), blank types (rods, plates, tubes, castings, forgings, etc.) are used to classify and code parts and divide parts groups to prepare for production and organize production.
