Management is the planning, organization and control of the daily production activities of the circuit board factory. It is the general term for various management tasks related to product production and an important part of the management of the circuit board factory.

1. Production management process organization
(1) The composition of the production process, including the production technology preparation process, the basic production process, the auxiliary production process, and the production service process.
(2) Production process organization The production process requires that the production process be continuous, parallel (parallel operation of each stage and process), coordinated, and rhythmic (balanced) during the organization to ensure economic efficiency. The purpose of the production process organization is to arrange production rationally and scientifically, so that manpower and material resources (equipment) are not wasted, improve labor productivity, shorten production cycles, reduce costs, reduce capital occupation, and complete the plan on time, quality and quantity.

2. Preparation of the production operation plan The production operation plan of the workshop is an important tool for organizing the balanced production of the workshop, completing the production tasks, and guiding the production activities of the workshop. Its work content includes:
(1) Formulate advanced and reasonable quality standards.
(2) Develop a production plan within a month of the team and work site.
(3) Accounting and balancing the internal production capacity of the workshop.
(4) Control of production operation plan, including production scheduling, schedule management, work-in-process management, operation accounting, production operation statistics and analysis.
(5) Propose a plan for production technology organization measures.

3. Workshop production control Workshop production control is the supervision, inspection, adjustment, and correction of the execution of the operation plan during the production process of the workshop. The main tasks of workshop production control include production scheduling, job accounting and job analysis.
(1) Production scheduling Production scheduling is the work of inspecting, supervising and assisting the production input and production schedule of each link in production according to the requirements of the workshop operation plan. Doing a good job of scheduling is the key to completing the job shop plan. There must be a sound system for scheduling work, including a duty system, a reporting system, a meeting system, and an on-site scheduling system.
(2) Operational accounting includes the output and input of products and parts (production period and input period), completion schedule, tasks completed in each link, utilization rate of production workers and equipment, etc.
(3) Job analysis Job analysis is the work after the requirements, records, and accounting of production control, summarizes and analyzes the completion of indicators, and conducts information feedback to make it the basis for production activities and scheduling.

4. Application of group technology Group technology is also called group technology (GT), which is a method based on the rational organization of production technology preparation and product production process based on the principle of similarity. Group technology refers to all the parts in the workshop, according to the geometric shape (shaft, disk, box, gear, etc.), size, processing method (turning, milling, planing, grinding, pliers, etc.), precision requirements (ordinary, precise, high Classification systems such as precision), blank types (rods, plates, tubes, castings, forgings, etc.) are used to classify and code parts and divide parts groups to prepare for production and organize production. The production organization forms of group technology are:
(1) The group process center organizes some parts of similar structure to be processed uniformly on a certain equipment.
(2) Group production unit To organize one or several groups of parts with similar processes to equip and arrange equipment in a unified process route.
(3) Group assembly line Group assembly line is the sequential processing of group production units with flow production characteristics, and the processing time of each process is equal to the flow rate, which is used for batch production.
