If people do not know the scene, they cannot judge whether the situation on the scene is normal, and visual management loses its meaning. Therefore, the requirement for the implementation of visual management is to be understood by laymen. For example, if you want to know the pressure in the water pipe, you can install a water pressure gauge, so that you can read the water pressure value through the water pressure gauge, and professionals can judge whether the water pressure is normal based on the reading. However, although other personnel can read the data through the water pressure gauge, they do not know whether the water pressure is normal. If the normal range of water pressure is marked in green and the abnormal range is marked in red on the water pressure gauge, everyone can judge whether the water pressure is normal. (5) Remind attention and avoid forgetting

Applying visual management to reveal the working status can serve as a reminder and avoid errors caused by forgetting. For example, we use various forms in our work, and these forms may be placed in a file cabinet. It may often happen that when we have used up a certain form, we may realize that we should copy the necessary amount of stock of this form before it is all used up. If we put the original of this form at the end and put a reminder paper for copying before the original, we can avoid the situation that the form is completely used up. For another example, some consumables of machinery and equipment need to be replaced regularly, such as lubricating oil, filters, belts and so on. If we can set up a notice board next to the equipment to indicate the last replacement time of the consumables and the next scheduled replacement time, we can avoid possible damage to the equipment due to the failure to replace the consumables on time.
