Staff management

All employees and managers at all levels entering the SMT workshop must wear anti-static work clothes, anti-static work hats, and anti-static work shoes. When leaving the workshop (such as going to the bathroom, eating and resting), put work clothes, work hats, and work shoes in the closet and shoe cabinet, put on your own clothes and leave; non-workshop personnel enter and wear guest work clothes, work hats, and work shoes, and leave Then put it in the guest wardrobe and shoe cabinet.

Do not touch the PCB board with your bare hands. Wear anti-static gloves or an anti-static wristband to touch the PCB board.

Employees should go to work in accordance with the schedule of the SMT department, go to work on time (employees must arrive at get off work 5 minutes in advance to participate in the morning meeting), not be late, not leave early, not absent from work, need to ask for leave from the supervisor if necessary, and check in in turn when going to and from get off work. It is strictly forbidden to check in without going to work or overtime. For any meeting and training, there must be no late arrivals, early departures and absenteeism. Violators shall be dealt with in accordance with the company's attendance management system.

The daily morning meeting system is implemented, and the SMT supervisor will preside over the production meeting at 8:30 in the morning to summarize the problems in the production process of the previous day, and arrange the production of the day and the problems that should be paid attention to. During the meeting, employees should speak actively to discover and solve problems together.

Within half an hour after going to work, no one is allowed to leave the job due to private matters. If there is a private matter that needs to leave the job, you must apply for approval in advance and wear a leave-of-work certificate before leaving the job.

The leave-off time shall not exceed 15 minutes, every 5 minutes The leave and leave of the job shall be handled as one day of absence from work.

It is forbidden to chat in the workshop, play and play, answer private phone calls, play on mobile phones, leave the post without permission, or flee from the post. Matters irrelevant to work), offenders shall be dealt with in accordance with the company’s reward and punishment system.

Personnel in each position should maintain the sanitation of their respective areas of responsibility, and strictly implement the 6S standard (cleaning, cleaning, tidying up, rectification, safety, and quality), and there must be no solder paste residue on any work surface (the solder paste sticks to the place where the PCB should not be soldered. Easy to cause scrap). Before leaving get off work, the area under their respective responsibility should be cleaned. If the management personnel find that it is not clean, they have the right to request a re-cleaning.

The price of the machines in the SMT workshop is very expensive, and the operators in each position can only take the job after they have passed the training and assessment. If the machine is damaged because it is not operated in accordance with the operating standards, the damage will be compensated according to a certain percentage. Unfamiliar machines call the police, do not operate the machine without authorization, and ask the engineer in time.

Without the permission of the factory office or having nothing to do with official business, all employees are not allowed to leave the company to handle private affairs without authorization. Employees are not allowed to enter the workshop privately during non-working hours. No one is allowed to bring prohibited items, dangerous items or items unrelated to production into the workshop; eating is strictly prohibited in the workshop; personal items are not allowed on the assembly line, and offenders are dealt with in accordance with the company's reward and punishment system.

When QC is inspecting PCB, there are more than 3 defects in the same position, so you need to consult with an engineer to discuss countermeasures. If 25 PCS defects occur within an hour, QC has the right to stop production and ask the engineer to make countermeasures. At the same time, engineers should also come to the furnace from time to time to understand the bad situation, so as to minimize the bad.

Operators and QCs in each position must strictly follow the operating instructions to check the instruments and meters within their scope and make check records before formal production; they must faithfully complete daily production reports including printed reports, patch reports, and inspection reports before leaving work., Test reports, etc. are handed over to the competent office. The report will conduct weekly summary, summarize its problems, conduct weekly meetings, look for countermeasures, continue to improve, reduce problems in the production process, and finally achieve high-efficiency and high-quality production.

In principle, the work on the shift should be done on the shift and should not be left until the next day, that is: QC should check all PCBs produced on the shift; repairs should be done to repair the defective PCBs on the day; post-welders should solder the target quantity per day. In special circumstances, the reason should be explained to the supervisor.

Regardless of whether the PCB is a finished product or a semi-finished product, it must be placed in an anti-static tray. Any operation link must not force the PCB to prevent it from knocking off parts or causing the PCB to pick up the copper, which will lead to the scrap of the PCB. Do not confuse semi-finished products with finished products.

Operators and engineers must minimize material loss and control machine throwing during production. Engineers should clean the throwing box every time a PCB is produced, and classify the bulk materials in the throwing box and the bulk materials temporarily collected during the production process. Store it in bulk box for repair. The repair place must control the loss of valuable parts, and must not be scrapped due to repairs. Ensure that the loss of small materials is controlled at three thousandths, and that there is no loss of large materials and valuable materials.

Workshop employees must achieve civilized production and actively complete the production tasks assigned by their superiors; due to the need for temporary transfers, they must obey the arrangements of the person in charge of the workshop foreman and above, assist in the work and obey the management of the employing department, and report to the factory for disobedience arrangements. . Employees are responsible for maintaining environmental hygiene at work, and spitting and littering are strictly prohibited. In the production process, attention should be paid to saving materials, and materials and tools must not be thrown away at will. Components that fall on the ground must be picked up.

It is not allowed to take any items from the company out of the SMT factory (except for special circumstances requiring approval by the leader). If this behavior is verified and verified, it will be dismissed and the current month's salary will be deducted. Anyone who maliciously destroys company property or steals (regardless of public property or other people's property) shall be handed over to the company's factory for processing regardless of the value.
