Soldering stations are often found in circuit board manufacturers. It has a wide range of uses, from common home appliance repairs to integrated circuit chip ICs. Practical functions of the soldering station
1. Automatic sleep, save energy
When the soldering iron is not used for more than 20 minutes, the soldering station will automatically cool down to 200 degree Celsius. When the soldering iron is picked up again, the temperature will quickly rise to the original setting value, which can extend the life of the soldering iron tip.
2. Password lock temperature
Stable soldering temperature is the guarantee of solder joint quality. The soldering station can conveniently lock the temperature with a password, and others cannot change the set temperature at will.
Precautions for use:
1. Inside the hot air welding gun, there is an overheating automatic protection switch, the gun nozzle overheating protection switch is activated, and the machine stops working. The air volume button (ATPCAPACITY) must be adjusted to the maximum, with a delay of about 2 minutes, the heater can work and the machine will return to normal.
2. After use, pay attention to cooling the body: After the power is turned off, the heating tube will automatically spray cold air for a short time, and the cooling is carried out in stages, without unplugging the power plug.
3. When not in use, please put the handle on the bracket to prevent accidents.
