Wipe and clean the inside of the furnace.
Tools needed: wrench, ultrasonic cleaner, rubber glove protector, cleaning agent, hexagon socket, shovel.
1. Prepare the tools, etc., confirm that all soldered products in the reflow soldering equipment have been output, and then turn off the heating power supply in the heating zone. Wait for 40 minutes.
2. After the temperature cools down to 60 degrees, disconnect the external link of the reflow oven. The pneumatic furnace opens the motor to open the furnace.
3. It is observed that reflow soldering is used, and the rosin flux is the most at the entrance and cooling zone. Due to the higher temperature in the high temperature zone, the flux rosin passing through this zone is gaseous. Relatively small.
4. Divide the reflow soldering cleaning work into two parts, and use an ultrasonic cleaning machine with jig cleaning agent for ultrasonic cleaning that can be disassembled. The parts that cannot be disassembled use a watering can to install the furnace cleaning agent, and then manually wipe and clean after spraying.
5. Prepare the ultrasonic equipment, introduce the cleaning agent into the ultrasonic equipment, and turn on the ultrasonic.
6. Put the disassembled condenser, recovery pipe, and reflow soldering parts into an ultrasonic cleaning machine for cleaning.
7. After cleaning, air dry directly.
8. Others that are not easy to put into the ultrasonic machine, use the manual cleaning method. Turn on the bottled cleaning agent to spray and spray the flux. Then use a rag to wipe it clean. The furnace cleaning must choose non-corrosive products. Corrosive cleaning agents will form corrosion on the metal surface after cleaning and damage the equipment.

Maintenance of reflow oven
Maintenance purpose: In order to extend the service life of the reflow oven, ensure stable production of SMT, increase output, and ensure product quality. Every part of the reflow oven needs to be carefully maintained. The following will decompose and maintain each part of the reflow oven through 7 dimensions.
Track parallelism: measure the distance with a vernier caliper. Adjustment method: take the width of the entrance as the reference point. If the exit is wider or narrow, use a fixed pliers and a 19mm open-end wrench to separate the chain from the rotating rack at the rear of the track, and then turn the front and rear transmission racks by hand to adjust to Just the same distance as the front and middle end.
Track moving device: If the track moving device does not slide smoothly, you need to manually adjust the track width to the limit in the WAKE UP temperature file to walk back and forth, and observe whether the main force affects the track width. Assuming it is too tight, relax the mobile device.
The front and rear steel plates of the rail fixed side: In addition to checking whether the steel plates are offset with a level gauge, a hexagon wrench is also needed to check whether the rail fixing screws are loose. Ensure that the position of the front and rear steel plates on the fixed side of the track is stable and correct.
The gear chains of the track widening drive motor: It is necessary to check whether the gears and chains are rotating normally, the fixing screws of the shaft center cannot be loosened, and the surfaces are kept clean at all times, and then lubricating the gears and chain surfaces with lubricating oil.
For the widening transmission rod: the transmission rod needs to rotate normally, there must be no dirt, no offset, no bending, and no deformation. The face must be kept clean and lubricated.
The front and middle fixed racks and gears: must be in normal occlusion, and no stolen objects, offset, bending and other deformation phenomena can occur.
Intermediate fixed rack assembly: it must move synchronously with the transmission motor, so that it can walk smoothly. Remember to tighten the screws with a hex wrench before checking the occlusion.
Precautions
In order to avoid improper cleaning of the furnace, resulting in combustion or explosion, it is strictly forbidden to use highly volatile solvents to clean up the stolen goods inside and outside the furnace. If the use of highly volatile solvents cannot be avoided, please check that there are no other foreign objects in the furnace after cleaning. The working program can only be started 15 minutes after the cleaning is completed.
