Generally speaking, the evaluation of an foundry cannot be done by a single person. Usually, at least procurement personnel or business personnel, engineering personnel, and quality control personnel should be involved together, because each person has different functions and the aspects of the evaluation And the focus will be different. Basically, procurement personnel and business personnel focus on the price and delivery of products; while engineering personnel focus on technology, process capability and equipment; quality control personnel focus on product quality control; the remaining Responsiveness and Environmental are Everyone should pay attention to it.

Technology: Is there any advanced manufacturing process, automation and other equipment? Are there any process innovation capabilities? Is it capable of introducing new processes on the market?

Is it possible to notify customers in real time and keep in touch with them if any quality problems are found?
