Electron tube
Electron tube is also called vacuum tube, so it is also called electric vacuum device.
Transistor
Belongs to semiconductor devices. A substance whose conductivity is between a conductor and an insulator is called a semiconductor. For example, silicon and germanium crystals are all semiconductors. Therefore, electronic devices made of these crystal materials are called transistors. It is divided into crystal diodes and transistors.
integrated circuit
The circuit, as its name suggests, is to concentrate active devices, passive devices and connecting wires on a small silicon chip, and then through leads and packaging to form a miniature unit with predetermined functions. (The symbol is IC). The advantages of integrated circuits are small size, long life, low cost, high reliability and high performance.
