Tuc TU-900 and TU-900P are high Tg 260°C halogen-free multilayer PCB materials, of which TU-900 is Core and TU-900P is PP.TU-900 high Tg260°C PCB material is made of BT-like high performance resin system and alkali-free glass fabric. It is a halogen-free multilayer PCB material and design, with high elastic modulus, high reliability, low Dk/Df, and low loss electrical properties. TU-900 multi-layer PCB material and TU-900P multi-layer PCB PP are designed for the design and application of high-reliability multi-layer PCB boards, IC substrates or SiP package substrates, radio frequency PCBs and ultra-thin HDI PCB boards. TU-900 and TU-900P are suitable for PCB boards that require strict X, Y dimensional stability, low board deformation, or work in excessive harsh environments. TU-900 PCB material also exhibits excellent chemical resistance, high rigidity, low thermal expansion, and excellent long-term reliability and CAF performance.
