The following will mainly share with you the requirements and specifications of PCBA processing on the workshop environment and operators.
The workshop is the main artery of the PCBA factory, and most of the production and processing must be carried out in the workshop. For PCBA factories, the workshop environment and the quality of personnel are the key to show their corporate culture and degree. So today, let us walk into the workshop to understand PCBA's requirements for workshop environment and personnel.
PCBA processed PCBA production equipment and SMT chip processing technology have certain requirements for power supply, ventilation capacity, temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, anti-static, and accessories worn by production personnel. Moreover, the workshop environment tends to be clean and tidy to reduce the harm of oil and dust to the health of workshop workers. At the same time, environmental protection and greening are the pursuit and goals of modern development, because environmental protection and greening can reduce or control the generation of pollution sources.
It can be seen that the material particles are relatively large, which mainly affects the visibility in the workshop, thereby affecting the operation of the workers and the supervision of the workshop management personnel. At the same time, visible particulate matter tends to greatly reduce the service life of workshop air-conditioning systems and equipment.
1. Temperature and humidity requirements
For the normal operation of the equipment and the high standard requirements of the production process, the ambient temperature of the workshop should be controlled at 23±3 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity should be controlled at 45%-70% relative humidity.
2. Ventilation capacity
Both reflow soldering and wave soldering equipment have exhaust and flue gas emission requirements, and the exhaust fan should be configured according to the equipment requirements. For all hot blast stoves, the low flow rate of the exhaust pipe is generally required to be 14-15m/min.
Three, power requirements
The power supply voltage and power meet the requirements of PCBA processing equipment. The voltage is stable, and generally requires single-phase AC 220v (220±10%, 50/60Hz) and three-phase AC 380v (380±10%, 50/60Hz). If it does not meet the requirements, a regulated power supply should be configured. The power of the power supply is greater than the power consumption of the device. The power supply of the placement machine needs to be grounded independently, and generally three-phase five-wire wiring is adopted. Due to the fast running speed of the placement machine, electromagnetic interference is likely to occur when connected with other equipment, which affects the normal operation and placement accuracy of the placement machine.
Fourth, electrostatic protection requirements
Precision electronic components such as ICs involved in PCBA production are often easily damaged by static electricity, so static protection is also very important. Generally, personnel entering the workshop must wear anti-static overalls, work caps, cover shoes with shoe covers, and wear anti-static bracelets.
5. Workers' health requirements
The workshop is the core of the PCBA factory and the "home" that most workers depend on for survival. Protecting the health of workers is an inescapable responsibility of the factory. Regular training of the workshop environment and personnel requirements for small-batch PCBA proofing is an indispensable and important link.
The above are the requirements of PCBA processing for the environment and people
