1. What is the first three inspection system

The purpose is to discover the system factors that affect product quality in the process as early as possible, and prevent products from being scrapped in batches.

(2) The first article inspection is carried out jointly by the operator, non-operator, and inspector. Operators first conduct self-inspection, non-operators conduct mutual inspection, and then send them to inspectors for special inspection after they are qualified. In order to save time, mutual inspection and special inspection can also be carried out at the same time.

(3) The inspector shall mark the first piece that has passed the inspection as required and keep it until the batch of products is completed.

(4) If the first piece has not passed the inspection, no further processing or operation is allowed.

(5) The first article inspection must be timely to avoid reducing production efficiency.

3. The control requirements of the first three inspection system

(1) Whether the provisions of technical documents such as product drawings, process documents, BOM, and special processing requirements are harmonized and unified.

(2) Whether the parameters, position, polarity, angle, etc. of the mounted components meet the requirements of the technical documents.

(3) Whether the quality of raw materials is qualified (welder color, component appearance, positive and negative poles, etc.).

(4) Whether the operating workers strictly follow the design drawings, technical standards, and process documents.

(5) Whether the welding or curing quality of the product meets the requirements of relevant technical documents.

4. Identification and records

The first piece that has passed the "three inspections" will be marked by the inspector and stored on the product until the entire batch is processed and transferred to the next process. The purpose of identification and preservation is to be able to trace whether the first "three inspections" and the first "three inspections" have been missed when there are quality problems in the whole batch.
