1. Moisture-proof requirements
The surface of PCBA should be cleaned and dried before packaging, and the three-proof paint should be sprayed. The packaging site should be clean, and the temperature and humidity should comply with the relevant regulations of PCBA.

2. Anti-static packaging
Static electricity has always been a big killer of chips in PCBA boards. Due to the invisible, intangible, and easy generation of static electricity, many chips are broken down by static electricity. When PCBA is packaged, anti-static packaging must be used. Anti-static packaging materials include: bubble bags, pearl cotton, static bags and vacuum bags.

Placement requirements for anti-static bags:

Place the components on one side as much as possible, no more than 2 PCBAs at most.

3. Anti-vibration packaging
Put the packaged PCBA board in a packaging box with anti-static effect. If it is placed vertically, it should not be stacked upwards for more than two layers, and the partition should be prevented in the middle, and it should be kept fixed to prevent shaking.
