PCBA solderless press-in connection technology, also known as crimping technology, is a kind of "appropriate press-in" connection formed by elastically deformable terminals or rigid terminals embedded in double-sided or multilayer printed board metallized holes., A close contact point is formed between the terminal and the metallized hole, and the electrical connection is realized by mechanical connection.
The crimping technology has high reliability, plug-in safety and easy operation, avoiding the problem of excessive heat absorption of the connector during reflow soldering, and will not cause damage or breakage of the plug of the connector; at the same time, it does not need Solder and flux solve the problems of difficulty in cleaning the welded parts and easy oxidation of the welding surface. Therefore, the crimping technology continues to this day and is still widely accepted and used.
