The special feature is that the components and solder connections are placed on both sides of the circuit board.

Reflow soldering is a special smt process in which an inert circulating gas is set in the reflow soldering machine to provide a hot gas atmosphere. The solder paste scattered on the pad is re-dissolved with cooling air, and it is finally confirmed that only one side of the reflow soldering can be soldered at a time. Double-sided SMD requires a second reflow soldering. Since the melting point of the solder paste after curing is higher than the reflow temperature, the smt manuscript on the back will not fall off, which has a special effect on the preservation and reference of the design.

Certain requirements that require both smt and THT cannot avoid the mixed use of reflow soldering and wave soldering. Please note that wave soldering must be done after reflow soldering. First of all, since it is filled with hot air from the reflow soldering machine, it is first passed through wave soldering and then injected into the reflow soldering machine to apply solder paste again. Secondly, most of the electronic components assembled in our THT process have pins, and the arrangement on the conveyor belt is uniform. This saves us from worrying about chaos in the production process.
