PCB board is an important basic assembly component of electronic equipment. When making PCB circuit board, only when all aspects are considered clearly, can we ensure that electronic equipment will not have problems in use. So, what are the problems that should be paid attention to in PCB manufacturing?

1. Consider the type of production

PCB board is divided into single-layer boards, double-sided boards and multilayer boards. The conductive pattern of a single panel is relatively simple. Only one side of the substrate has conductive patterns. The double-sided board has conductive patterns on both sides, and generally uses metal holes to connect the conductive images on both sides. The multilayer board is more suitable for precise and complex electronic equipment because of its multiple substrate layers and complex conductive patterns. Therefore, circuit board manufacturers should consider which type of circuit board to use when designing and manufacturing.


2. Consider the PCB material

The insulating laminate composed of polymer synthetic resin and reinforcement materials can be used as the base plate of copper clad laminate. There are many kinds of synthetic resins. There are generally two kinds of reinforcement materials: paper and cloth. These materials determine the mechanical properties of the substrate, such as high temperature, bending resistance, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to consider which kind of substrate to use when making the circuit board.


3. Consider the non electric technical indicators of copper clad plate

The quality of the copper clad plate will directly affect the quality of the circuit board production, and the quality of the copper clad plate is mainly reflected in the non electrical technical indicators such as peel strength, warpage, bending strength, and solder resistance. Therefore, the non electrical technical indicators of the copper clad plate should be taken into account when making the circuit board.


PCB board layout is a very important content in PCB design. If it is not done well, it will affect the performance of the board, leading to quality accidents. What are the precautions for PCB layout?

1. According to the reasonable division of electrical performance, it is divided into digital circuit area (that is, fear of interference and generate interference), analog circuit area (fear of interference), and power drive area (interference source).

2. Circuits with the same function shall be placed as close as possible, and the connection of all components shall be kept as simple as possible; At the same time, the connection between the functional blocks is the most concise.

3. Installation position and strength shall be considered for components with high quality; The heating element shall be placed separately from the temperature sensing element.

4. The I/O driver shall be close to the edge of the printed board as much as possible, and close to the outlet connector.

5. The clock generator shall be as close as possible to the device using the clock.

6. Add a decoupling capacitor between the power input pin of each integrated circuit and the ground; When the circuit board space is dense, add a tantalum capacitor around several integrated circuits.

7. Add discharge diode at relay coil.

8. The layout shall be balanced, dense and orderly, and shall not be top heavy or heavy.

9. When placing components, the actual size and relative position of components must be considered to ensure the electrical performance of the circuit board, the feasibility and convenience of production and installation, and make the PCB board neat and beautiful.
