Silicone potting glue: impact resistance, aging resistance, good physical resistance. It can maintain its performance in hot and cold environments. Good electrical performance and insulation performance, easy to repair. Silicone potting glue has low viscosity, good fluidity and easy potting. And can effectively improve the safety factor and heat dissipation of the components. But the adhesion is relatively poor, the confidentiality is not good enough, and the price is high. Suitable for electronic components that work in harsh environments for a long time.
Epoxy resin potting glue: high temperature resistance, excellent electrical insulation, stable before and after curing, excellent adhesion to a variety of metals and porous substrates, and simple operation. Insufficient cold resistance, not suitable for low temperature environments, cracks are prone to occur after cold and heat shocks, which may lead to device damage. The cured epoxy resin potting glue has insufficient toughness, high hardness and brittleness. It is suitable for electronic components under normal temperature environment, and does not have too many requirements for environmental mechanics.
