1. Selection of plates

PCB circuit board plates are divided into two types: organic chemical raw materials and inorganic raw materials. The selection of the plate type should be determined by combining the characteristics of the thickness of the base groove, the electrical performance, the type of copper foil, and the production and processing.


2. Environmental control

The indoor environment of PCB circuit boards in the production and processing workshop is also a very critical issue, and the control of working temperature and humidity is particularly important. Too high temperature may cause the holes in the board to rupture. Secondly, too high humidity will affect the characteristics of the board with strong water absorption ability, which is mainly manifested in the level of dielectric properties. Therefore, it is very important to maintain a standard natural environment during the production and processing of PCB circuit boards.


3. Blockage of plate via hole

For example, PCB circuit board surface mount boards, especially BGA and IC mounting, have relatively high requirements for via hole plugging. They must be flat, convex and concave plus or minus 1 mil, and there must be no red tin on the edge of the via hole. Due to the complicated process of via hole plugging and long process, which increases the difficulty of process control, the oil will drop during the hot air leveling or the green oil solder resistance test, and once it is solidified, problems such as oil explosion will occur. Therefore, we must complete the solder mask and plug hole at the same time.
