The shelf life and storage environment of the circuit board
Taking into account the differences in circuit board product technology and storage conditions, the printed circuit board should be used in time (recommended within 24 hours) after unpacking, and it is recommended to pre-dry before use, especially the PI substrate in the flexible circuit board If the board needs to be soldered, it must be pre-dried.
For chemical immersion tin or immersion silver products, it is recommended to use them up within 12 hours after unpacking, otherwise they must be repackaged.
If the effective storage period is exceeded, the user can try it after drying treatment: if necessary, some properties can be tested again, and it can still be used after passing the inspection.
Usually the circuit board is stored for more than 3 months. In order to avoid the hidden danger of moisture before mounting on the machine, it is necessary to bake at 150 degrees for 2 hours.
The shelf life and storage environment of the circuit board:
A. Good storage conditions: refers to indoor environmental conditions where the temperature is less than 25 degrees, the relative humidity is not more than 65%, and there is temperature control and no corrosive gas.
B. General storage conditions: refers to indoor environmental conditions where the temperature is not higher than 35 degrees, the relative humidity is not more than 75%, and there is no corrosive gas.
