Rogers RT/duroid6202(Rogers 6202) high frequency circuit material is a low loss and low dielectric constant laminate, which has excellent electrical and mechanical properties in the design of complex microwave structures. The structure has mechanical reliability and electrical stability, which can be used in planar resistance applications.
Good dimensional stability (0.05 to 0.07 mils / inch) can be achieved by adding limited braided glass reinforcements. This makes it possible to manufacture precision tolerance planar resistors.1 to 2 oz / ft 2 electrodeposited copper foil, 1 oz, and 2 oz rolled copper foil, 1 oz, 1 oz and 2 oz reverse treated Cu foil and 1 oz and 1 oz. Electrodeposited copper foils with resistance layers can be specified as coatings on standard dielectric thicknesses of 0.005 "(0.127mm), 0.010" (0.254 mm), 0.015 "(0.381 mm), and 0.020" (0.508 mm). RT/duroid6202(non reinforced) with dielectric thickness of 0.020 and 0.030.
It is particularly suitable for applications with unique properties of RT/duroid6202(Rogers 6202), including flat and non planar structures such as antennas and complex multilayer circuits with interlayer connections.
