PCB drilling problems and treatment-broken drill nozzle
This article is mainly about the common problems and treatment of PCB circuit board drilling-the introduction of broken drill nozzles
The reasons are: excessive deflection of the spindle; improper operation of the CNC drilling machine; inappropriate selection of the drill tip; insufficient drill speed and too high feed rate; too many layers of laminate; debris between the plate and the plate or under the cover plate ; When the PCB is drilled, the depth of the spindle is too deep, resulting in poor chip evacuation of the drill tip; Too wide or the cover aluminum sheet or plate is too small; the cutting speed is too fast to cause extrusion; improper operation when filling holes; serious dust clogging under the cover aluminum sheet; the center of the PCB welding drill tip and the center of the drill shank There is a deviation.
Solution:
(1) Notify the machine repairer to overhaul the spindle, or replace the spindle.
(2) A. Check whether the pressure beriberi pipe is blocked;
B. Adjust the pressure of the pressure foot according to the state of the drill bit, and check the pressure data when the pressure foot is pressed, the normal value is 7.5 kg;
C. Check the variation of the spindle speed and whether there is copper wire in the chuck that affects the uniformity of the speed;
D. Detect the spindle speed change and the stability of the spindle when the drilling operation is in progress; (the comparison between the spindle and the spindle can be used)
E. Carefully adjust the state between the pressure foot and the drill bit, the tip of the drill tip must not expose the pressure foot, and only allow the drill tip to be 3.0mm inside the pressure foot;
F, check the parallelism and stability of the drilling table.
(3) Detect the geometry and wear of the drill bit and select a drill bit with a suitable chip-reducing groove length.
(4) Select a proper feed amount and reduce the feed rate.
(5) Reduce to a suitable number of stacks.
(6) Clean the surface of the board and the debris under the cover when loading the board to keep the board clean.
(7) Inform the mechanic to adjust the drilling depth of the spindle to maintain a good drilling depth. (The depth of normal drilling should be controlled at 0.6mm.)
(8) Control the number of grinding times (perform according to the work instruction) or strictly follow the parameter settings in the parameter table.
(9) Choose a flat cover and backing plate with suitable PCB surface hardness.
(10) Carefully check the fixed state and width of the adhesive tape, replace the aluminum cover plate, and check the size of the plate.
(11) Appropriately reduce the feed rate.
(12) Pay attention to the correct position of the hole filling during operation.
(13) A. Check whether the height of the presser foot and the exhaust groove of the presser foot are normal;
B, the suction power is too large, you can adjust the suction power appropriately.
(14) Replace the drill with the same center.
