On the other hand, Taiwan's manufacturing industry for a long time does not pay attention to the product. The benefits of packaging are immeasurable, and Japan does its best in this regard. A closer look at certain household electronic products, daily necessities and even food in Japan. They have the same function and will make people prefer to spend more money on Japanese goods. This has nothing to do with the worship of the day, but with the consumer's consumption mentality. Grandmaster. Therefore, in particular, the packaging will be placed independently so that the PCB operator knows that small improvements may have a great effect. To give another example, because the flexible PCB board is usually a small piece and the quantity is large, this is a Japanese company's packaging method, which may be based on the shape of the product and a specially opened mold to make the packaging container easy to use and protect.
2. Discussion of early packaging
For early packaging methods, please refer to the outdated shipping packaging methods in the table, detailing their lack. There are still some small factories that package according to these methods.
The production capacity of domestic PCB board factories is expanding rapidly, and most of them are exported. Therefore, the competition is very fierce. Not only there is competition between domestic factories, but also with the two largest and daytime PCB board factories in the United States. The technical level and quality of the product itself is affirmed by customers, and the packaging quality must meet customer satisfaction. Electronic factories of similar scale will now need the transportation and packaging of PCB board manufacturing factories. The following matters must be noted, and some of them even directly meet the transportation and packaging specifications.
1. Must be vacuum packed;
2. The number of boards in each stack is limited by size;
3. The weight limit of each box;
4. Carton weight specifications and others;
5. Are there special regulations to slow down the punching speed in front of the carton inner panel;
6. Tolerance specifications after sealing;
7. Specifications of PE film and bubble sheet;
8. Covers the tightness specifications of the diaper film and specifies the width of the left edge.
At present, China's vacuum packaging (Vacuum Packaging) is basically the same, the main difference lies in the effective working area and the degree of automation.
3. Vacuum Packaging
Operation process
A. Preparation: Put the PE film on the positioning, whether the mechanical action of manual operation is normal, set the heating temperature of the PE film, vacuum absorption time, etc.
B. Stacking boards: When the number of boards is fixed, the height is also fixed. At this time, consider how to stack, which can maximize the output and save the most materials. Here are a few principles:
(A) The outermost board and edges should also be at least twice the thickness of the board.
(B) According to the specifications (thickness) of the PE film (standard 0.2m/m), using the principle of heating and softening, while absorbing the vacuum, the spacing of each board is pasted to the board, and bubble cloth is used. The spacing is usually at least twice the thickness of each plate. The scrap is too large; it is easier to cut if it is too small and it is easy to fall off the adhesive or not stick at all.
(C) If the panel size is not large, according to the above-mentioned packaging, materials and manpower will be wasted. If the quantity is large, you can also use a packaging method similar to soft board to make the container, and then make PE film shrink packaging. Another method is, but with the consent of the customer, there is no gap between the two boards, but the cardboard is used to separate them and take the appropriate amount. C. Start: A. Press the start button, the heated PE film will fall under the action of the pressure frame and cover the work surface B. Then it is sucked by the vacuum pump at the bottom and close to the circuit board, and stuck with a bubble cloth. C. After removing the heater to cool down, raise the outer frame. D. After cutting off the PE film, pull the chassis apart and cut separately
D. Packaging: If the customer specifies, it must be in accordance with the customer's packaging specification. If the customer does not specify it, the aforementioned PCB factory packaging specification should be established based on the principle of protecting the wooden board from external damage during the delivery process.
