1. Single side board

The single side is composed of "single side line + protective film". The bending resistance of single side flexible plate is good.

2. Double sided board

The double-sided board is composed of "protective film + double-sided circuit + protective film". There are copper foil on both sides of the double-sided flexible plate substrate, and the upper and lower layers are connected through PTH holes, so the softness of the double-sided flexible plate is worse than that of the single panel.

3. Single plus single composite board

The single plus single composite board is composed of "protective film + single side circuit + pure glue + single side circuit + protective film". It is to bond two single-sided copper foils together with pure glue, and then pass through PTH hole to make the two layers conductive, and the pure glue in the bending area needs to be removed.

4. Relief board

The embossed plate is composed of "pure copper foil + upper and lower protective film". The thicker copper foil is pressed onto PI, and the hanging finger structure is formed in local area. It is widely used in the crimping of liquid crystal display (TFT) and can provide plug-in function of intensive welding.

5. Multilayer board

The multilayer board is made of "multiple single-sided CCl (or double-sided boards) + pure glue + protective film (CVL)". The wires of each layer are connected through PTH holes. Due to the excessive number of layers, the flexibility is poor (the design area of pure adhesive opening is flexible)

6. Rigid-flex board

The rigid-flex board is welded or pressed by "single or double-sided FP + Multilayer PCB". The circuits on the board are connected through PTH holes. The board can realize three-dimensional assembly under different assembly conditions. It has the characteristics of light, thin and small, and can reduce the assembly size, quality and wiring errors of electronic products.
