1. RF-35 is the organic ceramic laminate material in TACONIC product ORCER.
2. It is a reinforced glass material based on glass fiber cloth, which is a combination of TACONIC's ceramic filling technology and glass fiber coated teflon PCB technology.
3. RF-35 is the best choice for low-cost, high-volume commercial microwave and wireless frequency applications.
4. The glass transition temperature of RF-35. Over 315 degree Celsius.
5. RF-35's ultra-low water absorption and low loss factor minimize the phase shift in the frequency range.
6. The dimensional stability of RF-35 is due to the use of glass fiber cloth in its design and development.
7. RF-35 teflon PCB materials, generally single-sided or double-sided 1/20Z, 10Z and 20Z thick electrolyte copper foil. Different sizes of plates can be selected according to requirements.
8. Taconic RF-35 1/20Z and 10Z copper foil boards, even if standard epoxy materials are used, have excellent peel strength and can be reworked at any time.
