1. Board loading machine: the PCB circuit board will be automatically transferred to the board suction machine when it is placed in the rack;

3. Solder paste printer: solder paste or patch glue is accurately missed on the solder pad of PCB circuit board to prepare for component mounting. The printer used for SMT technology equipment is usually divided into three types: manual printer, semi-automatic printer and full-automatic printer;
4. SPI: SPI is the abbreviation of solder paste inspection, which is called solder paste inspection machine in Chinese. It is mainly used to detect the quality of printed PCB circuit board of solder paste printing machine, and detect the thickness, flatness, printing area and other functions of solder paste printing;
5. Mounter: use the program programmed by SMT technician before operation to accurately install the components to the fixed position of printed PCB circuit board. The mounter can be divided into high-speed mounter and multi-functional mounter. The high-speed mounter is generally used to mount small chip components, and the multi-functional universal mounter is mainly used to mount roll, disk or tubular large components or heterosexual components, It is characterized by high mounting accuracy, but the mounting speed can not reach the effect of high-speed Mounter;
6. Docking station: device for transmitting PCB circuit board;
7. Reflow soldering: it is configured at the back of the SMT machine in the SMT production line to provide a heating environment to melt the solder paste on the solder pad, so that the surface mounted components and PCB circuit board solder pad are firmly fused together through solder paste alloy.
8. Unloading machine: automatically collect PCBA through the transmission track.
9. AOI inspection: automatic optical identification and inspection system is the abbreviation of English (auto optical inspection). It is called automatic optical inspection instrument in China. Now it has been widely used in the appearance inspection of circuit board assembly production line in the electronic industry and replaced the previous manual visual inspection. During automatic detection, the machine automatically scans PCBA through the camera, collects images, compares the tested solder joints with the qualified parameter values in the database, checks the defects on PCBA board through image processing, and displays / marks the defects on PCBA board through the display for maintenance personnel to further repair the defective board.
10. X-ray: mainly used to detect the internal mounting quality of various industrial components, electronic components and circuits.
