Work content guidance
1: When transferring, the operator selects the correct feeder for the prepared material according to the specifications, and installs the material with the installed feeder to the corresponding station of the machine according to the station table provided by the project. After all materials are installed, they must be called IPQC full inspection after self-inspection. Prepare the refueling record sheet and the production daily report.
2: After the technician debugs the placement machine and is OK, try to produce the first piece, write the first piece and send the inspection form to IPQC for the first piece, and mass produce the first piece after it is OK. The engineer informs that the furnace can be passed through. Before the production, the ten boards must be carefully checked for poor quality such as: side stand, offset, missing paste, wrong parts, reverse paste, reverse polarity components, etc.
3: Refueling in the middle, the FEEDER of the smt placement machine that can receive the tape must be refueled in the form of the tape (such as: Yamaha series, JUKI machine series). Don't wait until the material is used up. Standby for refueling. When the material at a certain station is almost used up, it is necessary to prepare the material in advance and write the refueling record table to improve production efficiency. When changing the material, the material pan must be checked with the changed material pan, whether the specifications and station table are consistent. At the same time, call IPQC to match the material and take a pellet and paste it to the refueling record sheet to make a refueling record. When changing trays and tubes, you must have IPQC confirm the direction of the material and then confirm the direction for material change. Do not remove the materials at the two stations for refueling at the same time, so as to avoid incorrect replacement. All refueling must be confirmed on the spot by IPQC.
4: The use of bulk materials. When using bulk materials, all bulk materials must be sorted to the bulk tray and marked with the material number and location. After writing the application form by hand, after confirming the signature to IPQC, find out the material to be hand-posted in the machine and confirm the material before hand-posting. When inspecting the manual stickers, you must supervise the operation methods, pay attention to the direction of the polar components, wipe the board, wrong stickers, etc., to ensure the quality. Always pay attention to the quality of the inspection and post-drawing, if there is a problem, immediately improve
5: At the end of the closing period, it is necessary to budget in advance whether there will be a shortage of materials, and notify the foreman to assist in finding materials. Try to avoid waiting for materials to reduce production efficiency. All bulk materials must be found and pasted at the end of the clearing. Do not leave them for repair afterwards. If there are still vented boards, you must write the emptied materials on the venting list completely and without errors. No mistakes or omissions . After writing it, hand it to the foreman to confirm the signature before releasing it. In order to avoid multiple applications for the same work order. After the cleaning is completed, the foreman on duty should be asked whether he wants to remove the materials and return them to the warehouse.
6: Before handover, you need to coordinate with the printer or the inspector to clean up the machines and floor waste on this line. When handing over, it is necessary to understand the production number of the pair (must be checked with the printing position) and the problems in the production. Valuable materials, station tables and tools, 7S, must be handed over clearly. If the handover is not clear, the foreman must be notified to go to the scene to find the problem and deal with it. The handover record form must be signed by the foreman on duty before leaving get off work. After completing the production of a model, the station table must be returned to the foreman for safekeeping for the next use.
7: The operator is the line leader of a line, and has the responsibility to actively pay attention to problems and deal with them in a timely manner in order to improve production efficiency and control quality. Gradually improve their own professional skills and knowledge and take the initiative to teach and supervise the work of other employees. 8: Machine maintenance must be done every day. The forms such as "Refueling Record Form", "SMT Production Status Daily Report" and "Production Efficiency Kanban" must be filled in and standardized in real time, with neat handwriting. Don't falsify and perfuse things.
9: Anti-static is the principle of SMT. You must have anti-static awareness when you work. You must know that the friction of objects will also generate static electricity, and empty PCB boards may also store static electricity. Therefore, you must wear an electrostatic ring or electrostatic gloves when touching the PCB board. Wear static clothes and hats neatly and keep your hair away. When going to work, check whether the anti-static measures at each station are normal and supervise the employees on the line.
