1. Preparation and safety before use

5. During the operation, do not put your head, hands, or other foreign objects into the safety door.
6. After replacing the material, you must check whether the feeder is properly installed.
7. Check the safety device of the machine:
• Confirm that the safety device has been correctly installed in the specified position, and then operate;
• When disassembling the safety device, be sure to install it in the original position and confirm the normal operation of the machine;
• Correctly paste the warning label on the machine so that it is clearly visible. If peeling or staining occurs, replace it with a new label in time;
• When the safety device fails, never remove the safety device and run the machine;
• If the safety device is removed and operated, it may cause injury or death.
8. Change the parameter settings of the machine through the responsible engineer.
9. When the machine is working, the door of the electrical box cannot be opened.
10. If there is a collision or abnormal noise or other abnormalities during the operation of the machine, the operator should stop the machine in time, notify the relevant personnel to deal with it, and report to the equipment supervisor.
⑪ Keep the environment tidy and equipment clean:
• Use a clean cloth to clean the surface of the machine such as the display screen, operating keyboard and safety cover;
• Use a vacuum cleaner and a clean cloth to clean the fixture platform and track inside the machine. Use tweezers to take out the scattered components on the narrow parts that the vacuum cleaner cannot absorb;
• Use a vacuum cleaner to clean the nozzle platform, and be careful not to bump or damage the nozzle when cleaning;
• Clean the feeder platform with a vacuum cleaner and a clean cloth;
• Regularly clean the tape and waste box in the feeder;
• Empty the waste bin.
