5. Job responsibilities of printer

5.1 Check whether the air pressure is 4~6kgf/cm2, if not, please adjust it back to the specified value.

5.2 The glue or solder paste must be thawed 4H in advance to restore it to 20-25 degrees

5.3 Select the stencil according to the PCB P/N, install it on the printing table to adjust the stencil, confirm that the stencil hole is completely aligned with the PCB pad, if not, adjust the alignment used by the screen printing table

5.4. Take an appropriate amount of red glue or solder paste and place it on the screen for printing; start printing.

5.5 When the printing is finished, take the printed PCB to check whether there is any deviation, less tin, short circuit, etc.; if any, clean the PCB board. It can flow into the next process until OK.

5.6 When the production is completed, click on the "Stop" touch screen to return to the main interface.

5.7 Turn off the power and switch on the air source.

6. Operator's job responsibilities

6.1 5S of the machine and its surroundings

6.2 Mounter operation, material preparation and material replacement

6.3 The first PCB board produced by the trial production model must be tracked from the first machine to the end of the last machine, and it is necessary to check whether it has reverse polarity/wrong parts/offset/flying materials. There is a problem. Make adjustments and confirm that it is OK and then mass production.

6.4 There is a problem with the machine or some quality problems raised by the visual inspection staff will be solved immediately. If it can't be solved in a short time of 10 minutes, please report to the team leader or technician for help.

6.5 After the production of a model statement, the materials are unloaded. When unloading, pay special attention to take a box and put all the materials of a machine in it and return the materials to the warehouse after finishing.

6.6 When the machine throws materials during the production process, be sure to check its A: vacuum value B: whether the suction nozzle is blocked or not C: whether the coordinates are offset, etc.

6.7 In the production process, what needs to be changed or needs to be modified by ECN must be marked and distinguished after implementation or change, and the visual inspection personnel must be notified of what to pay attention to and how to separate.

6.8 Make a production report, and the daily production quantity and cumulative quantity must be checked clearly and without error.

6.9 The bulk materials of the day must be consumed on the same day (the operator must pour out the bulk materials and pick them out and put them on hand every day when changing planes or when off work, and try to put the materials thrown away on duty for the workers on duty). The operators should pay attention to the IC/customer The material supply/transistor/diode must not be lost, and you must be careful about the loss when loading and unloading.

6.10 During the production process, all materials on the machine should be checked again according to the display on the machine every 4H. Ensure that the produced PCB boards have no quality problems.

7. QC work responsibilities in front of the furnace

7.1 Put the semi-finished PCB after machine mounting on the workbench, and confirm all the parts mounted by the machine. And judge according to the "Printed Circuit Board Assembly Inspection Standard", and use it when the inspection finds that there is part deviation or standing up. Pull it up carefully with tweezers. When the part is completely deviated from the pad or the diode is overturned, it cannot be pulled out, and it should be repaired by a repairman (use a universal meter to check the OK and then mount it).

7.2 Put the mounted PCB on the workbench or track. At the same time, confirm whether there is a shortage of products, too many hits, mismatches, reverse polarity, etc. (the first board will be sent for the first piece).

7.3 Place the parts to be hand-applied neatly and orderly on the work surface. According to the "SMT Common Visual Inspection Standards", hand-apply each part. Parts without polarity are placed on the center of the corresponding PCB pad in the vertical direction . For parts with polarity (IC, power strips, diodes, transistors, etc.), first confirm the direction, and then align the corresponding wiring pins to install the parts in the vertical direction. Phenomena such as missing paste, offset, glue overflow and mismatch. After the hand-applied parts are OK, put them into the good substrate box and wait for the next project
