2. Maintenance of the circuit board

How to maintain the circuit board?


1. Semi-annual maintenance:

⑴Clean up the dust on the circuit board every quarter, use a special cleaning fluid to clean it, and dry it with a hair dryer.
⑵ Observe whether the electronic components in the circuit have any traces of high temperature, and whether the electrolytic capacitor has bulged and leaked.
2. Annual maintenance:
⑴ Clean up the dust on the circuit board.
⑵Samply check the electrolytic capacitor capacity in the circuit board. If the electrolytic capacitor is found to be less than 20% of the nominal capacity, it should be replaced.
⑶ For high-power devices coated with heat-dissipating grease, check whether the heat-dissipating grease is dry or not. After removing the dry heat-dissipating grease, apply new heat-dissipating grease to prevent the high-power devices in the circuit board from being damaged. Burn out due to poor heat dissipation.
