How to judge the acceptance of PCB quality

The quality acceptance of PCB circuit boards shall include design, process and comprehensive approval. Generally, we should make samples first, test welding, seal samples and then supply them in batches, including two aspects.

First: the electrical connection performance inspection, usually by the PCB manufacturer self-inspection, the test instruments used are:

1. The light board tester (continuity tester) can measure the on and off of the connection, and whether the logical relationship of the multilayer board including the metalized hole is correct;

2. The automatic optical tester for graphic defects can check out the comprehensive performance of the PCB, including lines, characters, etc.

Second: Process inspection, including PCB appearance, smoothness, flatness, clarity of characters, resistivity of vias, electrical properties, heat resistance, solderability and other comprehensive properties to determine whether it can be accepted.
