Research on Key Technologies of PCB Layout for Power Electronic Circuits
1 Introduction
For a power electronic converter with excellent performance, in addition to selecting high-quality components and reasonable circuits, the correct structural design of the component layout of the printed circuit board and the electrical connection direction is a key issue that determines whether the switching converter can work reliably. . For circuits with the same components and parameters, different results will be produced due to the different layout design of the components and the direction of electrical connection, and the results may be very different. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the three aspects of how to correctly design the structure of the printed circuit board component layout, the correct selection of the wiring direction and the process structure of the overall instrument. The reasonable process structure can eliminate the noise interference caused by improper wiring, and facilitate the installation, debugging and maintenance in production.
This article mainly analyzes several key issues of PCB wiring of commonly used power electronic circuits for the reference of switching converter designers.
2 Basic power electronic circuits
The most basic power electronic circuits have three types of boost, buck, and buck-boost [5-9]. These three topologies depend on the inductance link mode. After setting a proper reference ground, you can get three different terminals: input, output and ground, as shown in Figure 1. If one end of the inductor is connected to the ground, a buck-boost circuit is obtained; if the inductor is connected to the input end, a boost circuit is obtained; if the inductor is connected to the output end, a buck circuit is obtained.
The above is the introduction of the key technology research of circuit PCB wiring. Ipcb is also provided to PCB manufacturers and PCB manufacturing technology.
