First, saw the copper-clad board of appropriate size. Clean the oxide and grease on the surface of the copper foil. You can use water sand skin to wipe gently, or use detergent powder to scrub, or you can scrub with toothpaste, until you see the yellow copper foil.
Second, first draw a printed circuit diagram on paper according to the circuit requirements, and then use carbon paper to copy it onto the copper foil. You can also use a pencil to draw directly on the copper foil, the lines drawn should be lighter and thinner. Use a small brush to dip in colored paint and trace carefully along the lines on the copper foil. The thickness of the line is appropriate, and paint is not allowed for those that do not need to be connected. After the paint is dry, use a double-sided knife or other small knife with a thin blade to carefully modify the circuit. Do not damage the required paint. Make the circuit smooth and beautiful, with uniform thickness. At the same time, check the original circuit to check for errors.
Third, take a glass or enamel container, the size depends on the size of the circuit board. Put solid iron trichloride in the container, add water to dissolve the iron trichloride and turn it into a solution of iron trioxide. The concentration of the preparation usually depends on its color, which is close to dark coffee. The amount of the solution is as long as it can immerse the circuit board. Use a soft brush to gently wash the surface of the copper foil, which can make the corrosion faster, but cannot touch the paint. After a period of time, the painted copper foil is left, and the rest is corroded by the ferric chloride solution. NS.
Fourth, the corroded circuit board should be rinsed with clean water, and the paint should be gently wiped off with fine sand. It can also be scrubbed with banana water. Wipe off the water and use a drill with a diameter of about 1 mm to drill holes in the corresponding positions. Finally, dissolve the rosin in anhydrous alcohol to make a flux protective agent and apply it on the circuit board. The printed circuit board is completed.
