Plugged with epoxy resion Multilayer PCB

Double sided PCB is the middle layer of medium, and both sides are wiring layers. Multi layer PCB is a multi-layer routing layer, between each two layers is a dielectric layer, the dielectric layer can be made very thin. The multilayer PCB has at least three conductive layers, two of which are on the outer surface, and the remaining one is synthesized in the insulating board. The electrical connection between them is usually realized by plating through holes on the cross section of the PCB.

1. PCB signal layer

Altium designer can provide up to 32 signal layers, including top layer, bottom layer and middle layer. Each layer can be connected by through hole, blind hole and buried hole.

(1) Top signal layer

Also known as component layer, mainly used to place components, for double-layer PCB and multilayer PCB can be used to lay wires or copper.

(2) Bottom signal layer

Also known as welding layer, mainly used for wiring and welding, for double-layer PCB and Multilayer PCB can be used to place components.

(3) Intermediate signal layer

It can have up to 30 layers, which is used to lay signal lines in multi-layer PCB, excluding power line and ground wire.

2. PCB internal power layer

Usually referred to as internal layer, only appears in Multilayer PCB. The number of PCB layers generally refers to the sum of signal layer and internal layer. The same as the signal layer, the interconnection between the inner electric layer and the inner electric layer, and between the inner electric layer and the signal layer can be realized through through through holes, blind holes and buried holes.
