TU-862 HF/TU-86P HF high Tg halogen-free PCB material is made of epoxy resin and alkali-free glass fabric. Unlike traditional FR-4 materials that use brominated resins as flame retardants, TU-862 HF/TU-86P HF achieves the UL94V-0 flammability rating by adding phosphorus and nitrogen compounds to the material. These materials are compatible with the AOI process and have UV blocking properties. TU-86P HF is designed to be used together with TU-862 HF to make multilayer PCB board. TU-862 HF can also be used for single-sided/double-sided PCB board applications. This series of green materials aims to eliminate the potential hazardous effects caused by environmental issues and the use of halogenated resins. These products are suitable for PCB boards that need to withstand severe thermal cycles or undergo too much assembly work. TU-862 HF multilayer PCB board material also shows excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability of lead-free soldering components and CAF resistance.
