Matters needing attention in high frequency circuit boards
When we are producing high-frequency circuit boards, we should pay attention to the following:
1) Reasonably choose the number of layers: When high-frequency circuit board wiring, use the middle inner plane as the power and ground layer, which can effectively reduce parasitic inductance, shorten the length of signal lines, and reduce cross-interference between signals. Generally speaking, the noise of a four-layer board is 20dB lower than that of a two-layer board.
2) Wiring method: In PCB design, when wiring high-frequency PCB circuit boards, the wiring must follow a 45° angle, which can reduce the transmission and mutual coupling of high-frequency signals.
3) Total length of trace: In PCB design, the shorter the total length of trace, the better, and the shorter the parallel distance between two wires, the better. 4) Number of vias: In PCB design, the fewer the number of vias, the better.
5) The direction of the wiring between layers: In the PCB (high frequency circuit board) formulation, the direction of the wiring between layers should be vertical, that is, the top layer is horizontal and the bottom layer is vertical to reduce the influence of signals on each other .

6) Copper plating: In PCB (high frequency circuit board) design, the interference between signals can be reduced by adding grounded copper foil.
7) Covered ground: In PCB design, when high-frequency circuit board wiring, by covering important signal lines, the anti-interference ability of the signal can be significantly improved. Of course, the interference source can also be encapsulated to prevent interference with other signals.
8) Power line: In PCB design, when the high-frequency circuit board is routed, the signal route cannot generate loops, and must be laid out in accordance with the daisy chain.
9) Decoupling capacitor: In PCB design, when the high-frequency circuit board is routed, the decoupling capacitor is bridged at the power end of the integrated circuit.
10) High-frequency choke: In the PCB circuit board design, when wiring the high-frequency circuit board, the digital ground wire and the analog ground wire need to be connected with a high-frequency choke device, usually a high-frequency iron through the center hole Ferrite beads.
